Tacos for dinner?!

Question:

Tacos for dinner?

We're having soft tacos for dinner...and I have to go to the store after work. I know the basics that we'll have on them, but I'm curious as to what you put on your tacos. Maybe I'll try something new tonight. :)

Answers:
hot salsa or hot taco sauce
onions - either white or green, but not both
black olives
green peppers
diced tomatoes
jalapenos
YUM! do you have an extra seat at your table?? lol.
enjoy!

onions, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, taco sauce

sounds good to me .I love Mexican food

I like putting cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream on my tacos-sometimes I will even add onions or pintos n beans, if I feel like it.

guacamole
black olives
lettuce
cheese
salsa
meat

ours are usually, ground beef with taco seasoning, refried beans, lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, black olives, onions. sometimes salsa and guacamole.

A good 'American Taco' would be meat, cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream and sliced black olives.

In my opinion, the best taco is grilled steak, cilantro & onion on a corn tortilla. not too fancy but its the best !

Western brand french dressing. (I think they were bought by wishbone.) I know it may sound gross, but don't knock it until you try it. Just a little will work wonders. There is a little Mexican restaurant here that uses a french dressing as a condiment, and to drizzle on your chips.

I love to put a little lime juice on the tacos for a tangy zip.

Lots of cheese, tomato, sour cream, lettuce and guacamole(I do not like Onions).........Would love to have one right now
Oh and Beef or Chicken of course

sour cream, ground turkey, taco seasoning packet, cheese, cucumber, carrot and avocado.

Sounds weird but it is fabulous.

Shrimps that's something tha you and your family can enjoy. Simple take off the tail in a hot pan add olive oil, butter , chopped garlic , green peppers, red onion and some white wine simmer and add the shrimps until they are fully cook. Drain the excess of liquid and serve with chopped cilantro and withe cheese on top. The seasoning just salt and black pepper. Enjoy...

I make my taco meat, then place on soft shell w/ a sprinkle of cheese, then fold in half...then place on the george forman grill! makes the cheese gooey and the shell crispy.

Lots of fresh things! Aside from the basic beef, seasoning packet, cheese, beans, lettuce, tomato, onion I reccomend
- a little rice (makes it more like a burrito...but its good)
- avacado
-FRESH cilantro (nothing beats it)
You can also use a spinach, or tomato tortilla
-Bell peppers
- mango (if you like it sweet. You can add it to your salsa)
Hope I helped!

My favorite tacos are shrimp tacos. You prepare the shrimp with the same seasonings you would beef tacos and serve with cheese and chopped cabbage (the mixed bag you see in the grocery store that you never know quite what to do with). Top with some salsa and you're good to go. Very yummy!

gaucomole or just avacodo is good to... even salsa, or like that black bean corn relish that flavored with cilantro and peppers...

chicken, steak, beef or ground turkey lettuce, tomatoes ,sour cream , cheddar cheese, Taco sauce.

i like to spread refried beans on the tortilla first an then the cheese and avocado and then top it with the meat and lettuce, this prevents the topping from falling out of the taco

just ground beef, beans, cheese and alot of hot sauce!

My toppings are: Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, diced roma tomatoes, pico de gallo, guacamole, spanish rice, and sour cream. You might want to use large tortillas since it's more like eating a burrito than a taco.

My son liked fish tacos growing up. We just used fish sticks, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and hot sauce.
