It's usually spelled wonton, but since it's just a translation, it doesn't matter how it is spelled. It all means the same - fried stuffed wonton skins.

It's not an English word that apparently cannot be directly translated so it's left open to interpretation. I would go with wonton or won-ton about equally. I don't think I'd use "won ton" under any circumstance. Something about it is just not right. You want it to feel a like a single word.

We Chinese have our own symbols, so you can Romanize them several ways. Any of the spellings you list are fine and mean the same thing.
