Question: Are the westerner like shahe (kwetiau)?
I want to know are the westerner like shahe / kwetiau ??? (once of chinese food)

99.9 % of westerners have no clue what shahe is but if they tried it I am sure they would like it. This type of noodles are only sold in specialty Chinese restaurants in the US

I had to look up shahe to even know what it was. So they are wide rice noodles. Well rice noodles are reasonably popular here in the U.S. They may not become a fad that took of the nation like Ramen noodles, but I think they would be popular in some places like major metropolitan areas.
