i like chinese better. it's healthier / tastier. i ask for mine to be made with no msg and only a litlle oil, i ask them not to add any sugar. it tastes just as good and is much healtheir.

I love both, but if I had to choose, it would be Chinese. It is less fattening and has great flavor
Chinese. (and I'm not talking about the stupid chop suey / american joints that are almost everywhere) That's like saying Olive Garden has the best Italian food. Go and find a Chinese friend and ask them where their family eats when they want an authentic meal. Go with them and order what the locals eat.
