Shop at Wal Mart need meat help?
I want either skirt steak or flank steak.
Even london broil would be ok.
Problem: I havent seen these cuts a Wal Mart and its the only place I can go tonight.
ANyone have any suggestions, could they be calling it something else?

My suggestion to you is to not buy meat from wal-mart at all .Go some where else if you possibly can.
Not likely. Ask someone in the meat department regarding those cuts. They should be able to help you.
You might also use a thin round staek. you may be able to ask the meat person.
Wal mart's are usally by Sam's Club. I know that Sam's Club has flank steak if you can stop by one of them.
Go and ask someone working in the meat section at Wal Mart if you can't get to Sam's Club. If you have a somewhat latino population, they should carry the cut.
Do you live by any grocery stores. Flank steaks are usually easy to come by in the butcher section.
they have no name steaks you could slice.
Try an "eye of the chuck" steak. Not a chuck steak. They are as tender and tasty as any other steak you can buy at any major retailer and about half the price.
At the WalMart I shop at they do carry flank/skirt steaks and London Broil. I haven't made fajitas in quite a while, so I don't recall exactly what they call it, but I know it is there. It should be listed as Flank, Skirt or Fajita.
