Looking at the ingredients for this "interesting" product, you (and baby!) should be fine. There is no risk to the baby from eating spicy foods. However, you should try not to eat too many salty or fatty foods and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables - in other words a healthy (some might say boring!) diet. This will ensure your baby gets the important vitamins and minerals it needs to be healthy. You should avoid liver products such as pate because these are rich in vitamin A which can be harmful if eaten in excess. If you're in any doubt, about what you can eat, drink or take as medicine, ask your medical practitioner.
Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy!

You can eat anything you want.

Do you think all the Indians stopped their diets because they were pregnant?
