What are traditional/common foods and drinks in Honduras?!

Question: What are traditional/common foods and drinks in Honduras?
I know that horchata is a traditional drink, but in common drinks I get thrown off, when I was in Copan, Tela, San Pedro Sula, and Cortez, the only thing I saw people drinking was Coca Cola (with the exception of Mayan Cola and Dry Copan)
