For meals:

*You can get Lean Cuisine Chicken Penne in a huge bag for $6.99 and its delicious and SIMPLE as it gets.
*Mrs. T's Pierogies are great. Boil them till they rise to the top and then saute them with some onions.
*Shrimp Cocktail- just defrost it..comes with sauce.
Costco has a lot of stuff that is easy- but you have to walk around one day and check it out.
Although don't be fooled that they have the lowest prices. I find Shoprite and Walmart to save me much more money.

Mom- the one who does all the shopping, cooking, and cleaning (wink)

I just went there today here is what I bought;

string cheese
pretzels
veggie sticks -stay away from the ranch though!
nuts
fried fruit
real fruit
grapefruit in cups
yogurt
grapes - you can freeze them!
cottage cheese
premade salad in big bag
Oh and they have these great lettuce wraps too!

and right now they are sampling soy nuts

dried fruit - you can top cereal with it or just eat it by itself
granola bars - always an easy snack
pretzels - simple and filling
carrot/celery sticks - healthy and always available
yogurt - they're about 100 calories and easy
frozen fruit - pack some in tupperware and it's good for a midday snack
apples - bring a small side of peanut butter with you, and it's delicious
jello pudding snacks - yum
those 100 calorie packs - simple and easy

I have never been but I'm sure they sell stuff like Sam's club does. The Nature Valley Granola Bars! They have a variety pack of 70 in a box. This will last forever! Eat these as your 2-3 snacks a day and you'll actually feel better. They don't fill you up but keep you satisfied so you won't eat as much.

My personal trainer recommend these to me and I keep them stashed everywhere.

We also buy string cheese, mini bagels and put peanut butter or cream cheese on it for out "fat snack".

Take whatever kind of nuts you like, buy them plain and shelled. Place them in a zip lock bag with 1 tsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp of Cinnamon. Spritz the nuts with water. Just enough so the sugar and cin. will stick to the nuts. Shake up the bag so the nuts are covered and then place on a non stick baking sheet. Cook @ 250 for 3-5 mins. Make sure not to burn them. You can do these in bulk and freeze them. They make nuts taste better.

Buy fruit in bulk mixes and make your own fruit salad.

OK that's all I can think of because that's about all I buy.

fruit juice, celery,lettuce,watermelon, cheese, healty snack bars,carrots,bottled water,healthy cereal,peanuts
