Answers:
You can pan fry chicken breasts, using PAM, cut them in strips and make a Caesar chicken salad. You can also cook any meat in a pan with PAM spray, add a teriyaki sauce, or any type of sauce you see in the supermarket, make a side dish of rice (there are many varieties in the store) and a nice salad. Cooking does not have to be complicated. There are so many sites on line that offer quick easy meals, as does Kraft, which has wonderful suggestions for summer. If you BBQ, there is a simple solution to various cuts of meats.

try taco salad...where you just throw a bunch of ingrediants together or even just plain salad.
or even tacos are easy you just have to cook the meat on a pan and you'll be good!
:]

I am a very good non cooking cook. I eat a great deal of my meals at friends houses where I help with the cooking and I will even supplement the contents of their fridges.

You can also query the Internet for "brick and mortar" businesses that either will develop (with you) a menu and will either cook it for you or allow you to cook it in their facilities. You can pick up a weeks worth of healthy and fresh meals for a fee. By having someone else cook for you, you will lose the financial benefits of cooking at home, you will have to pay for the luxury of not cooking your own food, but it is possible to eat and not cook. ;-)

Baking, boiling and steaming may work best for you. All three are simple, quick and easy. Also food cooked with those three methods generally prepare a healthier coarse. When it comes to cooking I live by one saying...."burn to learn". I hope that helps buddy.

Any type of pasta with sauce (simple homeade or canned) is really easy, as are a lot of soups.

a salad is great meal and so is fruit !
