Indian salad dressing is basically a very healthy yogurt dressing called raita with shredded cucumber for a cool tase for ur appetizer u could make baked homemade samosas which is WAY healthier than frying ur salad is just like an american salad with the raita :) goodluck!

In India for salad we slice onion, tomatoes, cucumber circular. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
Or dice onion, tomatoes, cucumber, add sour curd, salt, a bit of red chilli powder.
Or to sliced onion, tomatoes, cucumber, add sprouted chickpeas or sprouted green gram, salt, sugar and some lemon juice.
We use curd as dressing. No oil.

I would make a dressing of:

Yogurt, buttermilk, or kefir, pinch roasted black mustard seeds, roasted ground cumin seeds, fresh chopped cilantro, and salt. Try a little fresh grated ginger for a kick.

Grated ginger, Lemon juice, salt and pepper. If possible, in a small pan, heat a tbsp of oil, add cumin and mustard seeds. When it crackles, add 5 curry leaves. Pour on salad and mix. Add chopped cilantro.

i don''t know.

i'm unsure what your question is... could you clarify?
