Bacio cheese?

Hi everyone,
I love cooking and trying different ingredients and I have just bought some bacio cheese.........but I have no idea how to cook with it or use it. I know that probably sounds dull, but this is how I broaden my cooking experience by trying different ingredients from other cultures and experimenting. I would be grateful for any recipes, tips or hints.

Are you talking about boccacini? They are just little balls of Mozzarella. You can use them the same way you would use mozzarella You can marinate them in olive oil with some herbs and garlic. Hope this helps.
