What does hamburger or cheeseburger taste?!

Only limberger and blue cheese smell bad, all other cheeses are nice.
Cheeseburgers are made from ground beef formed into a patty and either BBQ'd or fried. Then put into a bun and topped with usually cheddar cheese and condiments such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, etc. It is up to you want condiments you want to put on it.
You can use cheddar cheese, mozzarella, swiss, basically whatever cheese you like to try out different flavours.
It tastes extremely good. I would not try one at McDonald's however if you have never eaten a burger before - their's are very crappy and it would not be the best way to judge if a burger is good or not.
Make your own from ground beef and see if you like it.
It tastes great and tastes nothing like pork or chicken...IT is beef.
Cheese..sum cheese does stink...oh yes they do. But other cheeses like mozzarella, white american, pepper-jack, colby, and swiss are lighter cheeses that have little to no smell on them and they melt well. Red Robbin is a restaurant that specializes in burgers and I highly recommend them...they ARE GREAT!!
They taste freakin' awesome! If you have never had ground beef, then I don't know how to describe it. The trick when cooking the patties is not to squeeze the juices out of it.
