how long can this sit out before it goes bad?!
for school we are having a food day in spanish. i am bringing in tacos i have spanish 4th period after about 3 hours after we get in school. i was wondering if i have to refrigerate that all that time or will it last just sitting in a room?

If the tacos contain meat or milk products they will need to be refrigerated. Milk products last about 2 hours safely but bacteria in meat can reach dangerous levels after only an hour.
If they are vegetable tacos they will be fine if they are just covered so they do not dry out.
yeah the school probably has a fridge you can use just ask your teacher
It need to be refrigerated. Otherwise you will have a raging case of E-coli going on there.
