Well, how about these,
1. Pork Rinds
2. Baked chips (Frito-Lay)
3. Nuts, (i.e Almonds, Chesnuts, peanuts, ect.)
4. Popcorn, isnt that crunchy but adds some ummf.
5. thin crust crispy pizza.
This one might sound a bit weird, but if you put a hard chocolate chip cookie, or any type of cookie in a plastic bag and into the freezer for an hour or so, and take it out, there wont be any ice on it, and it will be hard to bite but REALLY crunchy.

They are similar to pork skins but they still have fat and meat on them and they are friend longer making the extremely crunchy.
I think Kashi Crunch! cereal is the crunchiest thing I ever tasted.
