what is indian sausage called?!


Question: What is indian sausage called?
iv been to a couple indian restaurants i had this thin sausage full of spices I dont know if it was turkey chicken or beef. i just wanted to know what its called so i dont order the wrong thing when going to a restaurant. thank you

Hi: If it was ground meat shaped like a sausage it was probably what is called ''seekh kebab or shami kebab'' either made with chicken or lamb..most Indian restaurants do not serve pork or beef.

No idea. It may be something that they made personally, and not something that's available commercially.

I love Indian food.



It was probably a kabob. Indians usually make that out of beef if they eat it, but I believe it's a Pakistani dish.
