What do you call those edible orange dough wheels?!

Question: What do you call those edible orange dough wheels?
I went to this open air market and they sold these as snacks.

Answers:

They are called chicharrones, an they are in the form of a wagon wheel.
You have to fry them before they are edible.
This is what they look like once they are fried: http://blogs.salon.com/0001444/images/20…
They are very good, i have them in my kitchen as we speak.

The Mexican snacks are called Duros, they puff up when you fry them. They used to sell them in bulk here but it is harder to find them these days except in Mexican markets.
