Question: Chinese teriyaki ribs?
I have beef country style (boneless) ribs and want to make chinese ribs with them.

First off, teriyaki is a Japanese influenced sauce that has been westernized by adding garlic and other seasonings. However, Japanese Tare sauce, which is the most simple form of teriyaki sauce is very easy to make.

Just an idea:
You can marinade them in soy sauce, lemon juice, a bit of Aji Mirin, garlic, and fresh grated ginger. Taste this marinade as it may be a bit salty. If it is salty, add a bit of water and a spoon of sugar for a nice flavor. If you'd like them a tad spicy, add a spoon or so of chili garlic paste. Good flavor there.! Let marinade from a few hours to over night. You can slowly bake them in the oven for a while until almost fall off the bone tender and then put them on a grill, or just finish them off in the oven.
