Help identifying umeboshi?!
When I was younger I used to eat a particular type of umeboshi and I can't seem to find it anymore or remember what it is called.
It was small (slightly larger than a pea), hard and crunchy but not dried. Does anyone know what it is called or what region its from?
Cheers
