There is no high class food in Asia.

I don't know what you mean by 'High class Asian food'
but I consider 'a very nice tray of sushi and sashimi' as a high class Asian food.

Also there is a Taiwanese burger not very common in North America it's called Gua Bao - and the taste is very dynamic / it taste fresh, a bit sweet, nutty, and it's fcking delicious, the soft bun itself is already tasty.
I think you can only find Gua Bao at a gourmet Chinese/Taiwanese restaurant in North America. When I traveled in Hong Kong it wasn't hard for me to get a Gua Bao at some food stores.

I suggest you go to a gourmet Asian restaurant or bar, I'm sure you will find a lot of exotic and comfort Asian food.

Here are some luxurious items: abalone, fish maw, shark fin soup, birds nest soup and maybe lobster.

Wikipedia: "In Hong Kong a bowl of Bird Nest Soup would cost $30 USD to $100 USD. A kilogram of white nest can cost up to $2,000 USD, and a kilogram of "red blood" nest can cost up to $10,000 USD"

Depends on which Asian country, for example China, shark fin soup is probably considered highest priced and Japan, possibly blowfish sushi since only highly trained sushi chef can prepare it, blowfish can be deadly, also Kobe beef which costs more then my new TV set.

Bird's Nest Soup...it's one of the most expensive animal products consumed by humans. It's also one of the most expensive foods in the WORLD.
