I bought Garlic Roll made of Beef from the market and it tastes a little sour.?!
Is that fine or spoiled? I don't know as yet I did take some in the morning for Breakfast. I don't have any pungent smell or anything, neither is it sticky but I got a stupid feeling. Please help

If in doubt, toss it out!
There is a possibility that they could have used sour doe to make the roll. it may be made with sour cream. If this is the case there is nothing wrong with it. If not I would take it back and ask for a fresh one.
Garlic! Yuck! Especially at breakfast.
