Love and addicted to it? Here's the recipe.

Green Tea Frappuccino

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
2 ounces hot water
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla syrup or sugar, to taste
4 ounces milk
Ice

Steps:
1. Dissolve green tea in hot water.

2. Add milk and syrup.

3. Blend with a handful or so of ice cubes.

4. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Good luck and enjoy! =)

Is it like starbucks kind? Idk but sounds kind of good. I should try it sometime!

Starbuck's frappuccino is very good but unfortunately high in calories and fat. For an occasional treat on a hot day I like to nix the whipped cream and have a small one. De-lish!

The fat & calories for the green tea frap is as follows:

- 12 oz frap: 300 calories; 2 fat grams
- 16 oz frap: 420 calories; 2.5 fat grams
- 24 oz frap: 560 calories; 3.5 fat grams

* this doesn't include whipped cream on top though, which is an extra 120 calories & 12 fat grams.

:o)

O.K., I know what you're saying there. My answer is hot tea, even green tea from a chinese restaurant ( I had some for lunch with a spring roll), thanks for letting me comment. Yes.

If it is high in calories, please don't drink it and try to find another alternative.

I love green tea so much, i mean the kind of Japan. I drink it everyday after lunch. I never hear that it is high in calories, but it's just a healthy drink and it can helps lose weight and slow down to grow old, and it's taste good. Try this and you'll find how great it is!

The green tea frap is also sweetened with melon syrup, which probably creates some of the flavor you find so yummy.

My advice: no whip, and share it with a friend or two. You get the flavor, and cut the calories.

I like the frappuccinos, but NOT all the time. My favorite is also the Green Tea, followed by the White Mocha and also the Tuxedo. If you want to cut down on some of the calories, get rid of the whipped cream. Whipped Cream adds way TOO many calories.

Normally, I stick to the lattes. Green Tea is my favorite.

We now have the Creme Frapp Lights, which are 1/3 less calories.
