Actually, it sounds pretty good. Low in saturated fat, high in omegas, los of protein, low carbs -- yeah, that works.
Fried banana sandwiches are GOOD. Elvis loved them - and what better endorsement could there be? But friend peanut butter and banana is even better. One has it with white wine, of course
