Where can I buy Chinese five spice?!

Question: Where can I buy Chinese five spice?
I know how to make it up but I would rather just buy it

Answers:

Walmart don't seem to have it even in their online store and maybe your Wegmans was only a small store but normally they stock 3 different varieties of Chinese 5 Spice as follows:

McCormick Gourmet Collection Chinese Five Spice 1.75 oz.
Dynasty Chinese Five Spices 2 oz.
BP Chinese Five Spices .99 oz.

So I would go in again and get the store manager to order you some. It is expensive to buy as obviously it is mixed from the other spices and much cheaper to make yourself which I note you do not wish to do. There are several ways of producing chinese 5 spice here is the one I use: ? 0.5 oz (15g) anise seed,? 0.35oz (10g) fennel seed,?0.5oz (15g) ground cinnamon,?0.35oz (10g) whole cloves,?0.35oz (10g) whole peppercorns all ground to a fine powder.

If you cannot find it in local Asian or Chinese stores either - you can contact one of the wholesalers below who will tell you your nearest stockist.

Do you have a Chintown near where you live? If you do, they'll probably carry it in a spice shop there.
