I have a pkg of kuwaiti spice mix (powder) & a package of Biriyani whole spices. How to use them?!

You can toast a teaspoon worth of the spices(make sure you've included all of them) in two teaspoons of oil and then add rice, water and salt to the mix. You'll make flavorful rice pilaf.
