I would like a recipe for a traditional/classic Jamaican curry powder/sauce?!
I was watching river cottage: road trip. and Hugh was in Birmingham and when to a Jamaican take away place. and they made Curry Goat. Anyway the shop owner and chief used what he called Jamaican curry powder. So I was wondering What goes in to the typical/classic Jamaican curry powder?
