Lumpia....paper thin rolls of crispy heaven.
I like:
-Pork adobo
-Garlic rice
-Kare' kare' (oxtails in peanut sauce)
-pork lechon w/ vinegar
-Turon (fried banana eggrolls)
-Longanisa (sp?)
-Banana ketchup
Pancit canton and beef tapas,,my wife cooked this last night for me,,masarap!
