What are a few simple things I can make for my dad for breakfast on Father's Day? Thanks!

Eggs, bacon, and toast....easy but nice .. with a big glass or orange juice or coffee depending on what he likes...
If he likes pancakes..bet he does not get them often...this might be a great treat for him..
And you can substitute the bacon with either ham or sausage..
Don't forget to serve him in bed......what a great idea!!!
How about stuffed french toast with stawberries and whipped cream on top? It's really easy, but looks and tastes elegant. Here's a recipe:
French bread
1 teaspoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon favorite preserve mixture
Plus, for each egg used in the batter, add the following:
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
PREPARATION:
Slice French bread about 1 inch thick.
Cut a pocket through the top crust of each slice, but not all the way through.
Insert cream cheese and your favorite preserve mixture.
Dip in batter and cook on griddle until done.
Sausage eggs and hash-browns! or
Pancakes and bacon! or
a McDonald's sausage egg and cheese McGriddle!
