Does any one have the Vegetarian Epicure 2 Cookbook?

I am looking for a recipe in the second Vegetarian Epicure Cookbook that is for a Curried Cold Rice Salad with Mandarin Oranges and Grapes. Does anyone out there have the book? Please let me know.....Thanks a million!

My family has the 2nd Vegetarian Epicure and sorry, there's no rice salad recipe. Maybe it was in another vegetarian book you read/owned at the same time?
I have 1 and 2 and I don't see that recipe in either one...
