I take it you're not referring to what American's call biscuits. It would help if you state where you're from so we know what type of answer to give you. To me, a biscuit is something you eat with dinner, not tea. So for me, my answer would be just good old Pillsbury biscuits or my own homemade ones when I make biscuits and gravy.
I'm from the deep south, and I love "Popeye's" biscuits. Also, Paul Prudhomme's Riverboat muffin biscuits.
