Native cuisine as seen typically by others in America would be limited to removing most of the influences by other cultures. Leaving early a small cup full vs the bowl of the world. There are of course the forgotten Native American indians whose cuisines are rarely ever heard of. Try looking some of that up. This is a HUGE country + various + diverse foods were served by the many nations of Native Americans b-4 the landing of foreigners.
