Turtles taste fantastic! One of my favourites. It's good for health as well. We have it about once every 2 months.

In the country sides in Thailand,they eat turtles live! They bite their heads off and drink the blood as they squirm for their last parts of their lives.Then they rip open their stomachs with a knife and eat out the guts,yes-it's eaten raw!
