What kind of sauce do you put?!


Question: What kind of sauce do you put?
on a samosa an you use barbeque or plum or is there some traditional indian sauce to use

Some people like chickpeas on top, some like ketchup, imli chutni...btw it taste good with imli chutni...I hope u know wat imli is:P ya plum sauce is ok...some ppl top it with a little bit of plain yogurt and chickpeas with a little spice on top..try it:)

Tamarind sauce seems to be the most popular at least in my region. Of the things you listed, I guess it would be closer to the mild sweetness of plum sauce but they flavors are not the same. It's very good.

However, mint sauce is KING with me. I really did not think I would like it but the tangy flavor won me over immediately. It has gone from just something to dip the samosas in, but I'm actually scooping at this point lol.

I prefer the cilantro chutney, with some of the spicy pepper sauce.
