basically start going to meetings, slow walks sum were thats not busy, drink pro-biotics, eat healthy, eat lots of fish, claim disability alowence whilst your getting over it beacuse its going to take u six monthes or more to get over the heart atteck . and if you do decide to claim get a doctor or sumone to help you but be very careful how you word it. and when u fill it in tell how it is on your worst days and when ur not taking meds and really rub it in always works. you may not class your self as disabled but beacause work is out of the qeutions £200 to £800 a month is a bonus oh yer cut out the caffeine , wholemeal in stead of white, bread and pasta and take out a easy hobby like art or buying 20 packets on chocolate bottons and counting them or making funny faces but try not to eat them i know it stupid idea but i was the coolist thing when i was in hospital for 10 days and i'm 18 the most important thing is stay out of the sun as much as u can. hope thats helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why do you wait until it kills you before you do something? Your liver is probably shot to pieces.

It is good to stop drinking and smoking. Also, eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, white rice without butter, fish, and foods with low amounts of fat, cholesterol, and sodium are things that should be taken into consideration.

You are on Warfarin, which thins the blood. Be careful in what you do because a good size cut will bleed for a long time due to the thin blood. If you get cut and bleed a lot, get to the hospital quickly so you can be treated.

Good on you. Good luck.
