Question about tofu?

Once I have cooked tofu in a recipe, let's saute w/ vegetables or whatever way.
How long does it last in the refrigerator AFTER I have cooked it?
Does it change the consistency if after cooked is in the refrigerator for a couple of days?

I usually have leftovers when I cook...I seal them in a ziplock bag or bowl. I agree about the week timeframe, though I eat the leftovers sooner than that.
