If You Brine with 1lb.Honey with 1lb of Kosher Salt will the turkey be sweet?!

Question: If You Brine with 1lb.Honey with 1lb of Kosher Salt will the turkey be sweet?
Well I looked at Alton Brown Recipe of Honey Smoke Turkey and how to Brine it, Well I really don't like sweet tasting Meat like chicken or Turkey so if you use a pound of honey and 1 pound of kosher salt will to Turkey be sweet because of the Honey that will be in the Brine.

I use brown sugar at the same ratios, whether you add honey or sugar it imparts a bit of sweetness, the salt preserves the meat, make some slits in the cavity side of the turkey, I add spices to, mixed pickling spice, heat the water add your salt, spice and honey/sugar, allow it to cool or add ice to cool it down, immerse the bird, I do not know what his recommendations were but 24-48 hours is fine 72 would not hurt it.

When you remove it rinse lightly, dry with paper towels rub with butter or season it before baking, follow your usual turkey roasting method, but a brined turkey cooks better at a lower temperature, brown it at 375-400 d F for 25-30 minutes then drop it to 325 d F for the remaining time, all of this is determined by the weight of the turkey

it depends on the size of the bird if the turkey is greater then a pound no it wont be sweet if it is less then a pound then less it will be. I made this last year and it turned out great
