Yep, Walmart sells it. Sam's does too, but you'll end up with 12 containers of it. I have a cotton candy machine where I'm able to make it right in my own home. It's cute. You pour dry Kool-Aid in the hot machine and within seconds it starts making cotton candy. You can get these machines mosltly during Christmas time or at stores like Bed Bath & Beyond.
If you mean "Cotton Candy",they sell it all over....WalMart has it, so do most grocery stores.
I've even seen it at Dollar tree.
