How do I make pancake mix not stick to the bowl?
simple enough question.
Answers:
Spray the bowl with cooking spray (I.E.: Pam).
Use a rubber mixing spatula to scrape down the sides, etc. to get the extra batter.
Add a little extra oil. Also spray the bowl with Pam.
Bon appetite.
Mix it in a plastic zip lock..???
If you mean a bowl you're making it in, then I suggest using the mix at the earliest possible opportunity. It shouldn't stick to the bowl though, unless you're leaving it out too long.
