Does anyone actually like their meat the way that TV chef's cook it?!

Question:

Does anyone actually like their meat the way that TV chef's cook it?

In other words, cooked on the outside but bright red in the middle? They always open it up and go mmm look at that, perfectly cooked. And it looks absolutely raw in the centre.

Answers:
I agree. I think 'rare' meat is unappetizing personally.

Absolutely yummy!!!!!! :)

Yes. Raw is dark blue. Bright red is hot, butter soft and delicious.

....I imagine some people do but I want my chicken well done and pasta I want mine well cooked and soft .

YES!!!

If you haven't tried it that way, then you really should. It is melt in your mouth good!
?

i used to eat all my meat that way since i was pregnant with my last child i havent been able to eat it that way anymore but my husband still loves it that way

I like Roast Beef and steak a little rare but not other meat.

I absolutely like my steak on the rare side. If it's cooked to medium in a resturant, I'll send it back as over cooked.
Love it that way. I used to only eat steaks cooked medium well to well done. Then I worked in a steak resturant for a few years and learned better. :)

nope i dun like it coz i like it done well done

I like my meat rare, red or pink in the centre is fine, but I hate the way they char the outside until it's black. I like the outside thoroughly browned, not blackened, and the inside medium rare and tender.

usually its a little too rare for me. I like medium rare. But you have to consider, are they going to say.. "aww sh*t its too rare, lets throw that puppy back on the grill!!" Um no way...so they hype it up. But for me mdium rare is perfect. if it isnt cooked, i will say "STICK THAT PUPPY BACK ON THE GRILL!"

quick questions first. How do you think the meat should look?
