Answers:
Go to " US cooking measurements on yahoo.com" They have it all.

There are three teaspoons in one tablespoon. Is that the question?

3 teaspoons TSP = 1 Tablespoon TBSP
2 cups (cu) = 1 pint
2 pints = 1 quart (qt)
4 quarts = 1 gallon (gal)

the rest google will convert for you, like type in

1 cup in teaspoons

and it will tell you

Sorry, but I don't really measure at all - I just eyeball it, then season to taste. That's how most of us southern girls learned how to cook!

3 tsp = 1 tbsp

8 oz = 1 cup
2 cups = 1 pint
4 cups (2 pints) = 1 quart
4 qts = 1 gallon

2 tbsp = 1/4 cup

These are liquid measures, dry measures are different. The links below have them.

You don't allow e-mail and I am a lousy typist.
I'm not going to try to scan my chart to post to you
Use the "Refernce - Dictionary ;;
'ON' the Yahoo Toolbar
under 'measure"

1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 3 teaspoons (tsp)
1/16 cup = 1 tablespoon
1/8 cup = 2 tablespoons
1/6 cup = 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons
1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons
1/3 cup = 5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
3/8 cup = 6 tablespoons
1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons
2/3 cup = 10 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons
3/4 cup = 12 tablespoons

1 cup = 48 teaspoons
1 cup = 16 tablespoons
8 fluid ounces (fl oz) = 1 cup
1 pint (pt) = 2 cups
1 quart (qt) = 2 pints
4 cups = 1 quart
1 gallon (gal) = 4 quarts
16 ounces (oz) = 1 pound (lb)
1 milliliter (ml) = 1 cubic centimeter (cc)
1 inch (in) = 2.54 centimeters (cm)

There you go is that long enough? LOL

1 cup = 8 fl oz = 16 Tbsp = 48 tsp = 237 ml
3/4 cup = 6 fl oz = 12 Tbsp = 36 tsp = 177 ml
2/3 cup = 5 1/3 fl oz = 10 2/3 Tbsp = 32 tsp = 158 ml
1/2 cup = 4 fl oz = 8 Tbsp = 24 tsp = 118 ml
1/3 cup = 2 2/3 fl oz = 5 1/2 Tbsp = 16 tsp = 79 ml
1/4 cup = 2 fl oz = 4 Tbsp = 12 tsp = 30 tsp = 59 ml
1/8 cup = 1 fl oz = 2 Tbsp = 6 tsp = 30 ml
1 Tbsp = 3 tsp = 15 ml

Tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
oz = ounce

Hope this helps!
