Oh, Mr. Goodbar is a good choice, love those myself. But there are way too many to pick a favorite. I love Charleston Chews, Milky Ways, Baby Ruth's, Take 5.....

You should. But when it comes to candy, moderation is best, so don't worry about health risks. As for the best, well you should be sure what you think. But in all honesty, Mr. Goodbar is good, but not the best. Hershey Zero and Reese's Pb cups are the best.
