Yikes! Either the one of the first two answers are correct, or you are being warned about something potentially scary. Best would be to ask the folks there, and if you feel at all weird about the answer, quench your thirst elsewhere!
I'm hoping that they are using real lemons, and probably to let you know that there might be either the occasional seed and or pulpy bits in it... because thats the way real lemonade should be!
Maybe they mean its real lemonade. either that or they are selling the stand
