How can I substitute spaghetti, without using spaghetti squash!?!

Question:

How can I substitute spaghetti, without using spaghetti squash!?

Where I live, they don't sell spaghetti squash :(
Is there any other vegetable or whatever that can substitute spaghetti?
Like cutting it as spaghetti? I don't know!
Im on a low carb diet, and miss spaghetti, so help please!

Answers:
I've had great luck using eggplant. Slice off the skin and cut into thin strips. It holds up very well during cooking and absorbs any flavor put to it! (sliced into thin discs it also works very well in lasagna)

No other vegetables really work. (If my opinion, spaghetti squash doesn't cut it either.)

Try baked or mashed potatoes instead (starch I know, but the glycemic index and nutritional profile are better than pasta). They'll take any form of tomato sauce nicely.

I love spaghetti squash. But you could try any vegetable that you can cut in thin strips. Zucchini comes to mind. It or even shredded and cooked cabbage?

They sell low-carb pasta now, Muellers is one brand I know of. It's closer to the real thing than any squash or other vegetable and is just as easy to cook.
