Has anyone ever eaten something mouldy?
the other day i bit into my favourite chocolate muffin, only to discover a piece of mould growing out the other end- i was violently sick- i hate mould- anyone else done this?

Oh yes, I know the feeling. The worst is when you realize it on the last bite. I was once eating a sub and on the last bite saw some mold at the tip. Then you ask yourself...was the whole thing moldy or just this end. GROSS!

Not that I know of, but I had to answer you after something funny happened at my house yesterday... I was getting ready to take out the garbage and I noticed my husband had thrown out a container of cheese. I asked him why he threw it out and he said it was because the cheese had been in there forever. (The cheese had only been in there less than a month) He then said it was moldy. I had to laugh and tell him it wasn't mold.. it was bleu cheese!! He laughed too.
Yes, and I ended up with a facial disfigurement.

I absolutely despise blue cheese for the moldy taste. One of my favorite restaurants makes a fantastic spinach salad with blue cheese. Of course, I always order mine sans the cheese. One day, I took a big bite, and realized that they accidentally left a piece of the blue cheese in my salad! I nearly vomited all over my Aunt, and had to run to the restroom. Not cool. Blah!
