Hobnobs are made with whole wheat-perhaps you have an undiagnosed allergy to wheat, or another of its ingredients. Do any other foods make you feel ill? Try keeping a food journal to see if you notice a pattern.
I don't know of anyone else who doesn't find them yummy.
