Ingredients:

200g Dextrose or glucose or 250gms confectioners sugar

50g Sugar

500ml Water

50ml of Whisky and 50ml Crabbies Green Ginger Wine

50ml Tequila (optional)


Method

1. Dissolve all the ingredients then bring to just below boil.

2. Allow to cool then churn in an ice cream maker

3. Transfer to small shot glasses and return to the freezer

this is a site to make assorted sorbet`s, to do a whiskey one just add whisket on its own, or to the fruit.

I take it that - by the way you've spelled it, you only want recipes using IRISH whiskey, for if you wanted to use SCOTCH whisky, you would naturally have omitted the extraneous "e". In this case I would have thought that a quick look under something like "Irish Whiskey Recipes" would have answered your question ! ! !
