Answers:
baked stuffed tomatoes; grilled asparagus spears (or steamed with hollandaise); greek salad; bean salad; roasted potatoes (really good: 5# small white potatoes; boil whole 20 minutes (not so long they go soft yet can be pierced); drain & put in a cassarole-type dish; melt 1 cup butter/marg, add salt, pepper, italian seasoning, or whatever; pour over potatoes and mix til coated; but in the oven, uncovered, at 350 F for 1.5 hours; turn at halfway point. They brown beautifully, nothing but compliments on these potatoes, easy.) I've put them in a closed BBQ too, good also. Don't use your best pan for that one.

Real nice Garden Salad. And some stir fry veggies. Bake potato loaded.

How about mashed potato's with onions and mushrooms, Or corn on the cob....

sweet potato biscuits, grilled corn on the cob, pasta salad, chop salad, green bean casserole, loaded stuffed potatoes, steak fries,

corn on the cob, make a pasta salad with tortellinis, strawberry shortcakes, make some rice, have a salad with feta cheese and red onions and grape tomatoes with croutons and bacon crumpled in it

This is a salad.
Bake big green peppers, then peel and cut them in bite-small pieces. Mix with tomatoes cut again in bite-small slices. Put salt , just a touch of vinegar (apple seems best) and some oil (to taste). Mix with parsley, finely cut Grate Feta-like white cow/sheep cheese on top of it all. Very refreshing, especially after winter or in hot weather.
Enjoy!

Seasoned steak fries are the best!

I like to make 4 Cheese garlic bread. And how about, corn-on-the-cob, Homemade cole slaw, & New York Style Cheesecake!

Twice Baked Potatoes....Garden Fresh Steamed Veggies.....Rotini Pasta Salad....Grilled Portabella Mushrooms and Skewered Cherry or Roma Tomatoes....Tomato Salad....Baked Sweet Potato Casserole...Summer Squash(Steamed or Stuffed)...Tex Mex Chili Beans...Cinnamon Rolls....Fried, Grilled or Baked Shrimp....Bacon Wrapped Scallops...Grilled Salmon....Mushroom Casserole(with onions, squash and cherry tomatoes)....Rough Cut Cole Slaw...

End it all up with an Ice Cold Samuel Adams, Corona or other Specialty Beer...

Now I am Hungry,Thanks A lot!!!

tomatoes..sliced in 1/2" sections and cubed with mayo or ranch dressing. Maybe put some sliced and diced cucumbers in too. Can't go wrong with fried potato wedges with a T-Bone. Just put 2 or 3 on top of the steak. Watch 'em lick their lips.

Corn on the cob, mixed veggies in a foil packet with cheddar cheese, skewered marinated veggies, or cheesy hash browns:

2# pkg frozen hash browns, thawed, 2 cans cream mushroom soup (don't dilute) 8 oz sour cream, 2-3 cups shredded cheddar. Mix all together, pour into greased baking dish, bake at 400 for 40 minutes or til bubbly & browned on top.

mixed greens salad, corn on the cob, and garlic bread... and ambrosia for dessert.
