I would imagine it would but it also sounds like you'll have several dozen biscuits from a whole can of condensed soup.
They're going to be VERY salty.
I wouldn't. You may want to leave the milk and add some shredded cheddar, instead. You may end up with a nasty mess using the soup mix.
