Answers:
Wow, my, my what a mouth you have. Pretty demanding are we?
I'm so glad you're going to "saty" on track. I'm not sure what "saty" is but it might be yummy!
And, dear, for the sake of appearing smarter than you are please note the word is "what" not "wat". I'm sure David would appreciate having an intelligent girl.

What!? You're weird and you babble...but have a salad and some fruit. :o)

Mac n cheese.

Stuffed Lobster....

Have a salad. Can't go wrong with a salad and it's not exactly going to make you fat, is it?

You should make youself a vegetarian panini. Pesto spread, thinly sliced zucchini, sundried tomatoes, lettuce, white cheddar cheese. Have yourself a V8 splash or fruit smoothie.

dum@$$''

A nice spinach salad, wilted in seasoned water (not oil) topped with grilled chicken and an herb vinaigrette.

For desert, fresh cut fruit. Strawberries, grapes, pineapple, perhaps some melon with vanilla yoghurt for dipping.

To drink, a middle-eastern drink called sekanjabin. Imagine of a lemonade made in a place that has no lemons and no cane or beat sugar.

The drink is mostly water. Disolve honey (and perhaps spices, like mint) into hot water to make a syrup. (You ever try using honey in cold drinks? Its not easy.) Add the honey syrup and vinegar (cider vinegar is nice, plum-wine vinegar is even better) to cold water to taste. If it is too sour, add more syrup. If it is too sweet add more vinegar. If it is too sweet and too sour, add more water.
