Why are there so many vegetarians in California but not in Florida?
When I've been to LA it seems like every other store sells that health stuff. Here in Florida you really have to look for it.

grew up in the sixties hippi like era that are vegaterian

concerned with how they look and tend

California has always been on the leading egde of sociital evolution for some reason. Paris and California. Might be the climate, who knows.
Funny but I don't like California much. Competition for living space on the coast is fierce so the people are defensively hostile. The central valley is full of smog. West of the mountains is bone dry desert that requires piped in water and air conditioning for survival. Maybe things will improve when we go to electric cars and the Central Valley opens up to a clean living situation.
