what goes well in a prawn mayo sandwich apart from the prawn mayo?On white or brown bread?

Prawn mayo on brown bread. Try and mix the mayo with a little tomato ketchup, a dash of brandy and a dash of Tabasco sauce.
Serve, or maybe make with some curried avocado dip???? 1 avocado mashed with a little lemon juice, yogurt, a little water to thin, a teaspoon of curry powder, salt and pepper and some chopped dill or coriander. mixed leaves with a wedge of lemon. Hope it makes it a bit more interesting.
Definitely brown bread and add a slice of parma ham. Something about seafood and cured ham that work well together.
